Led Practice

Not a class! The practice at your level is led by a teacher-trainee or experienced student volunteer.

They will call the pose names & do them with the group. You follow and adjust for yourself as you do in class. It’s a great way to learn the poses & experience the meditative aspects of a practice, whilst in the company of a supportive, friendly community.

Poses are not taught or instructed, therefore familiarity with the poses through regular class attendance is a prerequisite.
